tee3d.exe, a tool for making 3D scene for RouteGadget

- export map, png + pgw 
- png map file must be geo-referenced with a pgw world file OR png fimw muar bw RG name-georeferenced (corner wgs84
  coordinates in file name, positioned and file name exported from 2d.routegadget.net)
- copy png and pgw to the same folder as tee3d.exe file
- copy laz files to 'laz' subfolder
- laz files needs to be in the same projection as map pgw file (if not RG name georeferenced)
- you need to know EPSG number of the projection (this app will ask you the number)
- The EPSG projection needs to be common one, recognized by LasTools.
- whitout any laz files elevation will be zeroed (entirely flat)
- courses can be pre drawn to the png image or added to the zip as gpx file (gpx export from a course setting app)
- you can preview your scene at 3d.routegadget.net (drag-drop zip to "Open 3D zip" box).
